I've been there twice and they dont call your name. My cappuccino just sat there for 10 minutes both times. There is always a line so you cant run up there every time they set one out. Please call names ESPECIALLY since you ask if we are here or to go when we order.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really missed the mark today. I waited an unreasonably long time in the drive-thru, with the line barely moving. There was no explanation or acknowledgment of the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. When you choose the drive-thru, you expect efficiency, and that just wasn’t the case here. Order online while in the drive through lane, placed my order at 3:50 PM and got to the window at 4:23 PM…. Disappointing visit.

Small cappuccino. Half liquid the other half was foam. You’re serving 1/4 of a small sized cup. No better legal way then to steal people’s money. The staff said that’s just how they make them. Starbucks you lost my business for life

To the barista that made the mobile orders on 9/22 morning shift, THANK YOU!! My coffee order doesn’t always taste the way I like it. Today you made it PERFECT. 🙌

I normally have really good luck at this location and the baristas are always so nice. This morning they forgot my sandwich off my order (oh well, I would’ve paid to get the correct thing). But how is this a bacon Gouda? 😅
